AITalent's dedicated Customer Portal has a Knowledge Base centre available to the customer with supporting documents, system FAQs and optional help desk functionalities to support the end-user’s queries.
Regular Release Review:
Your Account Manager will arrange regular review meetings to discuss the impacts and benefits of new build releases and plan for any required changes in your environment.
